About John McCurdy

John McCurdy is an Enlightened Master.

John spent most of his life searching for a soulmate, searching for a woman that he knew existed, because he felt she would be the answer to the overwhelming loneliness and longing that he constantly felt. Even as a child he could feel the pull, as if she was calling to him from somewhere out there, and this pull created a constant feeling of restlessness and turmoil. Eventually, as the search drove him to open up more and more of himself, John discovered that it wasn’t so much the call of a woman he was hearing, but the call of his own soul, wanting to come in and be fully present in his life; wanting to complete the final integration, the culmination of all his lifetimes on Earth.

As John opened more to his soul the loneliness and longing gradually dissolved away, and in its place came an ever deepening peace, contentment, and joy. It was a long and difficult path that required the release of everything John thought he was and of everything he had ever thought was important, but a moment came where he realized that, for the first time in his life, he was at peace inside. The loneliness and longing had evaporated, replaced by a deep sense of fulfillment and contentment.

Then one day, when at last the need for her was gone, Mary Beth, the dear friend of many lifetimes whom he had felt for so long, was able to come into his life. She was not there to complete or fulfill him, for that was already done. Rather, she could now join together with him in celebration of his completion of a very long journey.

Today John can finally declare, along with the greatest of Masters: “I am that I am. And, as an enlightened Master, it is my honor to share the wisdom of my soul with others on the path of enlightenment.”

John is a writer, teacher, and public speaker. He is a certified Advanced Studies teacher for the Crimson Circle and offers these and other life-changing classes on a regular basis. John is also a computer consultant, a problem solver, and a craftsman who loves to make things from wood. He shares his life, love and home with his beloved soulmate Mary Beth Shewan, as well as their four-legged feline companions, Toby, Merlin, and Maxi.
