In this, my first Blog post, I want to talk about how magnificent we are as human angels.  We are alive at a very special time in the expansion of consciousness.

If you’re reading this, I imagine, you too are feeling the great shift or quantum leap in energy going on right now.  Various groups have spoken of the shift we are now experiencing, and I know that each one of us is playing an important role in ushering in the New Energy Consciousness.  At this time we are being called upon to do something elegantly simple—to love ourselves.  We’ve heard this before right?  There are lots of good reasons to love ourselves, so why is it so darn hard to do?
